About Shanna

I'm a Kansas native and have lived in Garden City since 2006. We moved here so my husband could join his family business. I graduated from Washburn University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Marketing & Management. I have an extensive Sales background and have loved selling things for as long as I can remember.
I grew up working with my Grandpa in his rental business at a fairly young age and that's where my love of Real Estate began. He was always remodeling properties & making them better! He was really my first mentor in life and taught me a hard work ethic & to do things the right way.
When we bought our first home in Garden City, when I got my license in 2007, and ongoing through most of my Real Estate Career, I had another wonderful mentor. She taught me how to sell Real Estate the right way, to trust in myself & my judgement, and to stand up for myself and my clients & customers.
I believe I bring all of these past experiences together with my personal touch and attention to detail for my client's benefit. I have loved making Garden City my home along with my husband Ryan, our daughter McKenna, and our 2 sons Jalen & Braden. I also love putting my knowledge and experience to work for my clients & helping them find their place to call home, wherever that may be.
